Energy-Eko LLC is a major Ukrainian supplier of pollution-free biofuel briquettes produced from various vegetation pulp and waste. Soft- and hardwood chips and sawdust, sunflower and buckwheat peel, flax, straw and other vegetative waste are used as raw materials for the manufacturing of biofuel briquettes.
A substantial increase in demand for biofuel briquettes is currently taking place worldwide. This is due to biofuel briquettes being efficient, inexpensive and pollution-free fuel used in fireplaces, grills, furnaces and boilers.
Our production technology is based on high-temperature screw extrusion of raw material (wood chips, sawdust, sunflower and buckwheat peel, etc.). Our biofuel briquettes are bound together by Lignin, natural binder contained in plant cells. High temperature and pressure result into sintering of briquettes. Upon such thermal treatment the product becomes free of fungus and other parasites. Therefore our briquettes don’t cause any allergic reactions and are perfectly safe for the health of our consumers.
These are key advantages of our biofuel briquettes: minimal impact on the environment - compared to traditional types of solid fuel they emit a negligent amount of carbon monoxide CO, about 0.032% of sulfur and produce about 1% of ashes; high heat efficiency and extended burning time due to low moisture content; high density which simplifies transportation and handling.
